Ian is a leading buy-out and acquisitions specialist with
over 20 years' experience of public and private company transactions.
Ian spent a number of years as a main Board director in substantial
companies within the leisure sector, specialising particularly in
acquiring and growing businesses. Clients appreciate Ian's extensive legal expertise and
broad commercial background.
Having joined Sherrards initially as a consultant Ian is now Partner
in charge of the Company Commercial team.
Additionally Ian has had extensive involvement with franchising,
a sector that continues to enjoy sustained growth within Sherrards.
